Key Responsibilities:

● Daily plant observation and data collection
● Record logs on phenotype performance
● Perform daily plant feedings per feeding schedule
● Instruct Cultivation Assistants on proper procedure
● Direct Cultivation Assistants during pruning exercises
● Manicure blooming plants for focused cola production
● Lead assistants in a heavy-duty cleaning schedule
● Maintain equipment as per maintenance routine
● Possess the ability to dynamically alter feeding solutions based
on the needs of the plants
● Assist in monthly plant inventories
● Supports the training of new Gardeners
● Reinforces training with Gardeners through day-to-day
processes
● Coordinate with the DoC for harvest schedules and projections

Requirements
● High attention to detail
● Consistently dedicated
● Ability to follow and provide direction
● Available for weekend hours
● Strong communication skills
● Adequate computer skills (MJPlatform/Excel)
● Leadership qualities
● Pass criminal background check

Previous Experience
● Minimum 1 year of commercial cultivation experience
● S2S Compliance Software (MJFreeway, METRC etc.)
● Previous Management Experience Preferred

Education
● High School Diploma
